I’m a former corporate 8-5er with over two decades of management and human resources expertise. For many years I’ve had the joy of assisting companies that are seeking a fresh perspective, management coaching, and guidance regarding difficult employee situations.
I work with small to mid-size organizations to successfully build out the necessary HR functions that are implemented with minimal understanding or often overlooked altogether. I know first-hand the importance of key foundational work, as notable companies rely on the building blocks critical to recruit and maintain an employee base.
My sweet spots are working with business owners who are new to the intricacies of the HR function, and first-time managers who are new to managing others.
